Great communication from MSR Surveying from the start, I had informative phone calls and emails beforehand and we received a reasonably priced quote. Paid for and booked in the survey and the surveyor went out to the house in a very timely manner. We then received the report the very next day. I requested a phone call from the person who completed our survey as there were a couple of things I didn't understand, he rang me and explained them very well to me. Couldn't recommend them enough.
