Great communication from MSR Surveying from the start, I had informative phone calls and emails beforehand and we received a reasonably priced quote. Paid for and booked in the survey and the surveyor went out to the house in a very timely manner. We then received the report the very next day. I requested a phone call from the person who completed our survey as there were a couple of things I didn't understand, he rang me and explained them very well to me. Couldn't recommend them enough. A very positive experience! We enquired about a survey with a very kind gentleman, Saqib, who had looked at the house online and had done some research before the call. This gave the phone call a more personal touch. We booked the survey towards the end of March and it was completed within 3 days. We then received, which was very detailed and included lots of photos! Very, very happy with the services and definitely would recommend.
