We carry out RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys from £552 and RICS Level 3 Building Surveys from £696, provide Professional Consultants Certificates (PCC) and structural warranties for new builds and conversions, and handle party wall and defect work across London, Essex and the Home Counties.

Founded by Saqib Riaz BSc (Hons) MCIOB AssocRICS, our RICS-qualified surveyors bring over 15 years of experience. Survey reports are delivered within 3 to 5 working days of the inspection, and we are happy to talk the findings through with you.
