MSR Surveying Ltd is an RICS-regulated building surveying firm based in East Ham, London. We carry out RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Surveys from £399 and RICS Level 3 Building Surveys from £499, provide Professional Consultants Certificates (PCC) and structural warranties for new builds and conversions, and handle party wall, damp and defect work across London, Essex and the Home Counties.

Founded by Saqib Riaz BSc (Hons) MCIOB AssocRICS, our RICS-qualified surveyors bring over 15 years of experience. Survey reports are delivered within 3 to 5 working days of the inspection, and we are happy to talk the findings through with you.

Great communication from MSR Surveying from the start, I had informative phone calls and emails beforehand and we received a reasonably priced quote. Paid for and booked in the survey and the surveyor went out to the house in a very timely manner. We then received the report the very next day. I requested a phone call from the person who completed our survey as there were a couple of things I didn't understand, he rang me and explained them very well to me. Couldn't recommend them enough. A very positive experience! We enquired about a survey with a very kind gentleman, Saqib, who had looked at the house online and had done some research before the call.
