If the property is conventional, built after 1890 and appears to be in reasonable condition, a RICS Level 2 Homebuyer Survey from £399 is usually enough. For older, larger, altered or visibly poor property, a RICS Level 3 Building Survey from £499 is the right choice. For a new build or a conversion, ask us about a Professional Consultants Certificate. For a property with visible damp, ask about a damp report.
